Duty Officer

Bolton Lads & Girls Club are looking for two Duty Officers with strong administrative and IT skills, who have experience in working with customers and managing facilities to a supervisory level, to support the smooth running of our new purpose built Sports Facility at Hacken Bridge Road, Bolton BL3 1SD, which houses a pavilion and state of the art 3G football pitch.

Salary £8.00 per hour
Minimum 15 hours per week
Evening & Weekend Work – from as soon as possible

Administration and Office Manager

Bolton Lads & Girls Club is looking for an Administration & Office Manager to offer senior level executive support to the Clubs Senior Management Team. In addition to this you will directly lead and manage a team of administrators providing administrative and secretarial support to the Operational Teams within the Club. The role will lead on a new area of capacity building for the Club by developing and managing the Database system for the tracking of all young people through the Clubs programmes, and leading on Impact Measurement, Social Return on Investment and Programme Evaluations, including key performance data and outcomes. In addition, the role will oversee the day to day IT functions across the Club and will take responsibility for office management duties and systems.

Salary: £19-22K
Full Time (35 hours)
Permanent – Subject to probationary period

Summer Opportunities

We are delighted to announce that we have a number of vacancies to help us deliver the NCS programme once again to hundreds of young people from Bolton.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are passionate about working with young people and have the ability to inspire and motivate young people to achieve. 

Team Leader: Summer Model. 

To work the full programme delivery, this is 20 days per Wave.  In addition, the Team Leader is to attend 2 days of compulsory preparation training.  Salary per complete wave £1430.00

Assistant Team Leader: Summer Model. 

To work the full programme delivery, this is 20 days per Wave in a support role assisting the Team Leader.  In addition, the Assistant Team Leader is to attend 2 days of compulsory preparation training.   Salary per complete wave £1215.50.

NCS Recruitment Officer

Bolton Lads & Girls Club is looking to employ strong marketing individuals with high levels of communication skills, who will champion and drive the recruitment of young people onto the NCS programme. Engaging with schools, colleges and other youth settings, the successful applicants will build a network of contacts and secure agreed numbers of young people from expression of interest stage through to full sign up.

This role is a 100% year round, target driven, recruitment position and a key part of the role will be to engage directly with young people during the recruitment phase of the programme to build positive relationships to take young people from expression of interest in the programme through to sign up as part of a year round driven recruitment campaign and strategy. There will also be a requirement to provide some office and administrative support for the NCS programme, including adhering to processes and the production of MI and other information as requested and ensure that all data is recorded accurately, timely and confidentially, and that all use of data is within data protection legislation.
